We not long ago procured a 12 X16 gazebo and we are quite satisfied with it. We mounted it ourselves and it was pretty time intensive but it had been worth it. We experienced a challenge with a zipper missing but Purple Leaf sent it out immediately by using a video clip on how to put in it. --
